| Mid-Summer Spoiling |

Calling all moms: we have officially hit the middle of summer and I can honestly say that I think I have done a pretty good job with keeping my kiddos busy this time of year. I think they are definitely having a lot of fun this summer, which most certainly is what this season is all about.
As a stay-at-home mom though, I can also say that since the summer days started drifting away, so has my productivity. My laundry schedule is out of sorts. My workout routine is all over the place, and I have definitely neglected myself, and some of my own personal needs in order to maintain the summer schedule I'm currently keeping. So, here is what I propose for you gals who are feeling a little (or a lot) like me right now:
Take a day off...and hit the spa!
Go ahead! Why not? You deserve a day free of chores, housework, errands, chauffeuring, refereeing, and the likes. You deserve a day just for you, don't you think? So, why not take the kids to camp, drop them off at their grandparents, or leave them with Dad for the day and go out and pamper yourself? Check out all that the city of Eagle has to offer by means of day spas and services and make yourself an appointment for some mid-summer spoiling.
Right about now, you're probably coming up with a ton of excuses as to why you can't do so. You're probably listing all of the responsibilities/activities consuming you this week. Am I right?
Let's get real here, girls: we all need at least one day every once in a while where we can take a much needed break from our chaotic lives and just indulge in the sounds of silence...all while enjoying a massage, pedicure, facial, or new hairdo of course. We need this, don't we? I'll answer for you: yes! Yes, we do.
And since it is summertime, that means it's a great time to stock up on great deals all over town. So go ahead and visit some of these participating Eagle salons and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. You deserve it...before school begins and our normal routine starts all over again.
