Fusions Glass Studio Announces New Building Construction in Downtown Eagle
EAGLE, Idaho - Vertical construction broke ground today for Fusions Glass Studio’s new mixed use building. The 2-story 5,000 square foot building will be located at 135 N. 2nd St. in downtown Eagle. The street level will house the Fusions Glass Studio business while the second story houses one residential condominium. Construction is expected to be completed Spring 2013.
Working together with local architect Walt Lindgren, owners Linda and Jeff Crouch designed the building to fit in with the current feel of downtown Eagle. The charming multi-façade appears as an older building that was renovated for a new use. It was important to the Crouch's to preserve the historical feel of downtown Eagle.

Eagle Urban Renewal Member Mary Defayette said, "The Urban Renewal Agency is thrilled to help get this new project going. It's so rewarding to be part of the growth of downtown Eagle. This is the first new construction project that EURA has helped to fund and we look forward to many more in the future."

Eagle Urban Renewal Member, Mark Butler said, "I wish to give tremendous thanks to Linda and Jeff Crouch for taking on this wonderful venture which will certainly increase the quality and vibrancy of our downtown."

After 9 years of steady growth in 4 different Eagle locations, Fusions Glass Studio will have a permanent home. “This new space is perfect for our customers to learn, shop, and create using glass. It will allow us to expand the business to offer a permanent Gallery display to promote the work of several talented Treasure Valley glass artists. We believe that locating downtown will draw more Treasure Valley and regional visitors to Eagle,” said Linda Crouch.

Fusions Glass Studio is a full service kilnformed glass studio. Fusions Glass Studio is currently located at 347 S. Edgewood Ln, Ste 120 in Eagle, Idaho. Fusions Glass Studio teaches classes; offers make-your-own sessions; sells glass fusing supplies, glass gifts and art; and does custom work.
