Paper Pennant Banner
writes, "Celebrate a special birthday or just decorate your front door with this easy & festive paper pennant banner."
Materials:
Construction paper in different colors
Paper cutter or scissors
Hole punch
Yarn

1) Cut
Using a paper cutter or scissors, trim your construction paper into uniform triangles.

2) Punch
Punch two holes into the top corners of each triangle.

3) Hang
Thread the yarn through the holes of the triangles and hang your banner.

Other Ideas:
~ Add a letter to each triangle to spell a word or someone's name.
~ Make a teeny tiny banner to hang between skewers on top of a cake.
~ We made a birthday card banner for Ned's teacher this week: each child decorated a half-piece of construction paper, then we punched holes & strung them together.
