What is SUP? |
Trina writes, "As I sit down and write this blog, I hear the waves crashing and the seagulls squawking. Sunny Santa Cruz California, my home town. There is not a shortage of exercise capabilities here; surfing, paddle boarding, skating, bicycling, swimming, running, walking, outdoor BootCamps and CrossFit alike. One particular water sport that has gained popularity everywhere, including Boise, is paddle boarding or SUP (Stand Up and Paddle). Invented in the 1930s, SUP experienced a renaissance in the 1980s and is now making a comeback. "
