Tiny Book: One Sheet of Paper, Eight Pages
writes, "Once you learn how quick and easy they are, you might want to make an entire library of these tiny books."
Materials:
Paper
Scissors

1) Fold
Fold your paper in half the skinny way {hot dog style}. Open your paper, then fold in half the fat way {hamburger style}. Leave your paper folded, then fold again the skinny way {hot dog style}.

2) Cut
Open the last fold you made. Your paper should now be folded once the fat way {hamburger style} with two creases {up & down and side to side}. With your paper folded, cut the crease that is in the center of the paper, touching the fold, only as far as the intersecting crease. Let me say that another way: With your paper folded once hamburger style, your cut will start at the fold and end at the crease.

3) Fold
Open your paper, then fold in half the skinny way {hot dog style}. Pinch the side edges, then bring your hands closer together. This will pop open the center pages of your book. Fold the pages flat against each other, creating the four main pages of your book. Each page has two sides making eight pages in all.

Here is a video that will help you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WaP3vXiioJk

4) Decorate
Fill the pages of your book with whatever you choose: photos, drawings, stories, lists, notes. Try adding stickers, stamps, and other bits of paper. The video link above shows examples of finished books.

More Ideas:
~ Turn a tiny book into a birthday card. Punch a hole in the top corner and tie on a helium balloon.
~ Use a tiny book for your family holiday letter. The video above shows how to unfold your finished book, then make copies to cut and fold.
~ Transform your tiny book into a mini version of a book you read for school. Make your own cover art, then write your book report on the tiny pages.
~ Make a tiny cookbook of your favorite recipes.
