Your kids won't even know it's good for them!"

writes, "When sleep debt becomes too great, it can lead to problems - sleepiness that occurs when you should be awake and alert, which interferes with daily routine and activities, and reduces your ability to function.

Here are some tips that will help you feel rested when that rooster crows.

Family Wellness Challenge: Add Vegetables at Breakfast!

writes, "It is time to stop believing your body will take care of itself, and tell yourself that your body is special. If you tell yourself, "someday I will find time to get healthy," then you are telling yourself a lie. Here are some reasons to start respecting your body today."

Meal Planning for Kids
writes, "Meal planning can be an overwhelming task for any mom. When putting the plan together you not only have the family's crazy schedule for the week to consider, but you also have to try and stay on budget and incorporate healthy foods that your kids might actually eat. So why not get the kids involved in the process? They can't complain about the food if they have been instrumental in deciding what ends up on their plates."
